Key Players on AdRealm

The AdRealm network is a platform for all key players in the traditional digital advertising process (see specific roles below). In addition, AdRealm created a new role for traditional vendor and suppliers that aids in the digital advertising process – Micro-services. From creative materials production to data analytics, tracking and monitoring, these suppliers can now provide specialized services to both advertisers and publishers.

  • Advertisers are the demand-side for promotional spaces, willing to pay for audiences that live on the publisher's platform and pays for services and advertising results.

  • Publisher are the supply-side of the service in which they provide the traffic (audiences) needed. Usually they have one or multiple media/sites in which requires monetization, thus realizing their return through offering this service to advertisers. Developers will automatically be allowed to monitor and see smart contracts released by advertisers.

  • Basic infrastructure service providers offer data chain related services. They usually offer storage space and computational resources to service providers.

Service providers will register their service “type” through AdRealm and from that, be given the access to specific types of smart contracts released by developers and advertisers. The following are some key service

provider types:

Ⅰ. Advertisement optimization

Helping developers monetize and improve conversion efficiency through using both public and private data along with their own algorithm.

Ⅱ. Materials production

Produce more effective ad creatives or material based on utilizing private and public data, along with requests from the advertisers.

Ⅲ. Data tracking and analytics

Provides data tracking and analytics services to advertisers and developers based on customized needs utilizing public and private data.

Ⅳ. Anti-fraud

Detection and evaluation of fraudulent activity within advertising transactions based on private and public data along with their own algorithm.

Service providers

How it Works

AdRealm is the first double-layered chain model built for digital advertising. To support the scale of transaction and data, we developed a prime chain (Transaction Chain) and a sub chain (Data Chain) to solve the existing scale and speed limitations of blockchain.

To highlight this, imagine the large amount of data flowing throughout the digital advertising process. It is important to both track and record this data to ensure accuracy and validity of key ROI indicators for key stakeholders. Since many public chains cannot handle such high concurrency activity, we created a special sub chain using Proof of Stake (POS) protocol as a basic infrastructure solution for data storage and processing.

Transaction Chain (Ad Trade Chain)

A private chain based on Ethereum technology mainly used to record transactions and release smart contracts. Any execution of smart contracts, execution and bill settlement will be done on this chain, through the usage of digital tokens.

Data Chain (Basic Infrastructure Side Chain)

A sub chain used to record granular data at each phase of the digital advertising process, providing complete and reliable management. It also provides storage, bandwidth, and computational infrastructure for all parties. It also hosts basic infrastructure service providers who is paid according to workload.

The AdRealm Token

To prepare for fluctuations in the market that may impact normal operations of the business on AdRealm, we created two types of tokens – ARM and AD.

ARM token  value is associated with ETH and is freely convertible in the public market. It is vulnerable to fluctuations caused by trade. Fluctuations can significantly impact the business transactions on AdRealm (i.e. the advertiser pays with ARM tokens to a publisher while the publisher is reluctant to receive it due to market fluctuation).

AD token value is fixed at 1:1 to the rate of US Dollar. It cannot circulate in public and is exclusively used on the platform. It is created from converting ARM token and is destroyed when converted back to ARM token.

ARM token

 value is associated with ETH and is freely convertible in the public market. It is vulnerable to fluctuations caused by trade. Fluctuations can significantly impact the business transactions on AdRealm (i.e. the advertiser pays with ARM tokens to a publisher while the publisher is reluctant to receive it due to market fluctuation).

AD token

value is fixed at 1:1 to the rate of US Dollar. It cannot circulate in public and is exclusively used on the platform. It is created from converting ARM token and is destroyed when converted back to ARM token.
